I honestly have no words other than a string of positive adjectives to describe how much I enjoyed this book. As you can tell, there were some scenes towards the end that annoyed me a lot, but I still really liked it and I can’t wait to see where the story will go. She’s the worst killer I’ve ever seen, and I wish someone would point that out to her instead of saying “wow you’re so great!!!!” – besides Niall because he doesn’t mean it.
SpoilerThe whole scene with her killing Andrew and Penelope was so fucking annoying to me, she didn’t take the tape, her DNA was all over the place, she literally walked out covered in blood, and what did she do with Niall’s truck?! Seriously, she’s lucky that Niall saved her ass arse (well sort of). She doesn’t think about anything and just goes in half-assed ( sorry, half-arsed), without thinking about the consequences at all. Seriously, she’s the worst I’ve ever seen.

I was so freaking annoyed with her, that I actually started to dislike her quite a lot. I honestly think that was insanely disrespectful, and she acted like a toddler. First of all, when she wanted to make Niall happy by Spoiler putting on Ava’s wedding dress. There were some moments in the story that bothered me, mostly because of Brooklyn. I feel like I’ve already uncovered some plot-twists, but as always, I might’ve just made up my own story lmao.Īll is fair in death and chaos - and if my time has come to pass, let me go with a blade in my hand, and without any class. I absolutely adored the amount of easter eggs in this there are so many references to KOQ, HC, ZA, RB, all of their series! I completely forgot that Niall is Kyan’s uncle, so that was a nice surprise as well. These characters have such good chemistry that it’s just not possible to be boring. Although the entire book takes place in the same setting, this surprisingly didn’t make it boring at all. When she’s abducted and sold, her life takes a turn – for better or worse.Īlright, it’s no secret that I adore these authors. Brooklyn has lived on the streets for as long as she remembers.
